  • The sit-down

    Time to be heard

Your first consultation is a full 30 minutes with your doctor, by phone. Enough to take a proper history and answer your questions without watching the clock.

  • Vouched for

    Registered and named

Every doctor here holds current AHPRA registration and is listed on this site with their registration number, so you can check them on the public register yourself.

  • Our books are open

    Fees published in full

You will know exactly what an appointment costs before you book one. No funny business.

How it works

Time for a proper sit-down.

Wherever you are in Australia, this is your seat. Answer a few questions, book a time, and sit down with a doctor who cares about your medical journey.

See how it works

Four steps, clearly set out

We tell you what happens before you commit.

No stage of this should be a surprise. Here is the whole process, from booking through to ongoing review.

  1. 01

    Before you book

A few quick questions, then a short intake form. It covers your history, current medicines and your GP, so your doctor can read it before you meet.

  2. 02

    Book a time

Choose an appointment, pay the published fee, and we'll send your confirmation.

  3. 03

    The sit-down

A 30-minute call. Your doctor has read your history, takes the time to listen, and gives you an honest clinical opinion. You'll have a chat and discuss the best options. What they recommend is their decision alone.

  4. 04

    Ongoing review

Where continuing care is appropriate, reviews will be done through follow-up consults. Lock in a time that works and go from there.

Being straight with you

What we don't do.

Plenty of clinics are vague about this. We would rather you knew where you stand before you spend a dollar with us.

  • We don't promise outcomes.

A consultation is a clinical assessment. Your doctor takes the time to understand what's going on for you, then decides what is appropriate. Sometimes that is no treatment at all, and if so, we'll tell you honestly.

  • We don't discount, and we don't run promotions.

The fee is the same for everyone and is published in full. A clinical decision should never be influenced by a sale.

  • We don't discuss treatment on this website.

What is right for you belongs in a consultation with your doctor, not in marketing copy.

  • What's said in the room stays in the room.

Your notes are held in our clinical system and shared only with your care team, or where the law requires it. You can ask for a copy at any time.

  • We're not an emergency service.

If you need help now, call 000. For crisis support at any hour, Lifeline is on 13 11 14.
