About these terms.
This website is operated by M.O.B Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 50 701 611 449). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
No medical advice.
The content on this website is general information about our clinical service. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified health practitioner who knows your circumstances.
Any treatment is a matter for your treating practitioner and is discussed in your appointment.
Emergencies.
This website and this clinic are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 000. For crisis support at any hour, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.
Booking and fees.
Consultations are booked and paid for through our booking system. Our fees, and what happens if you change or miss an appointment, are set out on our fees page.
The checks on our Before you book page are there to tell you whether a consultation with us is the right next step. They are not medical advice, and nothing you answer there is sent or stored.
Accuracy.
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission. Fees, availability and clinic details may change.

Where we link to an external website, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of any external site, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Liability.
To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy.
How we handle personal and health information is set out in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
