If something has gone wrong

Feedback and complaints.

  1. 01

    Tell us first

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. Email us at general@mobclinic.com.au with "Feedback" in the subject line and we will acknowledge it within 5 business days.

  2. 02

Or raise it outside the clinic

You can raise a concern externally at any time, whether or not you have raised it with us first: with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency at ahpra.gov.au, or with the health complaints body in your state or territory.

  3. 03

    Either way

Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive here.

When you're ready

Ready when you are.

A 30-minute first consultation is $75, paid when you book.
